Limited Warranty
Indianchesscompany provides a warranty against manufacturing defects on all authentic products. If a valid defect is found, we will either:

• Replace the product or provide store credit equal to the purchase price if replacement is unavailable.

We reserve the right to inspect any item before approving a claim.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible. Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

What Counts as Manufacturing Defects

Warranty covers cracking only.
To file a claim, customers must provide clear photographs of the defect

• Warranty: 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects
• Defects Covered: Cracking only
• Replacement Cost: Free within claim validity

Chess Boards, Storage Boxes & Magnetic Sets

• Warranty: 6-month limited warranty
• Defects Covered: Cracking 
• Replacement Cost: Free within claim period

Not Covered

The warranty does not apply to:

• External damage or tampering
• Plastic pieces or complimentary accessories
• Clearance items (except missing parts)
  

General Terms

Indianchesscompany reserves the right to determine defect validity and the type of replacement or credit issued. Fraudulent or misleading claims will be rejected.
